She also hosted a fashion show in Scaris showcasing her designs. Clawdeen has also worked with the biggest fashion name in Scaris, Moanatella Ghostier, as one of three chosen interns due to her creativity. She has a DIY Craft Vlog and also founded the Monster High Shoe Swap. Clawdeen has been involved in several fashion-focused projects throughout the franchise. However, while she is always willing to help her family and friends (even to the point of resentment) she is not as quick to accept or ask for help from others.Ĭlawdeen is an aspiring fashion designer who is out to make a name for herself in the fashion world. Of course, Clawdeen is very much capable of being independent and sometimes prefers to have time to herself away from from others to think of new fashion-forward ideas. Sometimes Clawdeen can be a little too over protective of her siblings, mainly because she does not want to see any of them hurt in the end. She is very family oriented and is always there to help her siblings out in a crisis.

Another major influence on Clawdeen's background could be from the loup-garou or Rougarou of American folk legend (also known as Rougarou among the Cajuns of New Orleans).Ĭlawdeen is talented, confident, and fiercely loyal to her friends and family. Films that may have also been an inspiration include Werewolf Of London (1935 Film) and/or The Wolf-Man (1941). Clawdeen and her family have shown various connections to various forms of werewolf literature such as the fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood (where the wolf is often depicted as a werewolf), The Were-Wolf by Clemence Housman (one of the few novels depicting a seductive female werewolf), The Wolf Leader by Alexander Dumas (a novel that portrays a wolf that walks on hind legs), and even the story Dracula's Guest by Bram Stoker in which Dracula is able to shapeshift into a wolf. In The Monster High book series much of Clawdeen's early life with her family is focused on blending in as "normal" among humans in order to protect themselves. Her parents are also among the thirteen families that helped establish Monster High as a result (13-13 Anniversary). Clawdeen's parents are highly respected werewolves of the community, being considered being one of the founders of an organization known as Society of United Monsters (Ghoulfriends), where they believe in Monster Equality. She will defend and protect her family no matter what. While she tends to be overwhelmed by the amount of siblings she has to the point of argument and frustration, Clawdeen has a close relationship with them and is fiercely loyal. Often her family will have large family reunions at their house, despite how small the house is. In fact, Clawdeen has a large family consisting of four generations of grandparents and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Clawdeen was born the middle child out of several siblings throughout the Monster High franchise. Clawdeen Lucia Wolf is the teenage daughter of well respected werewolves Clawrk and Harriet Wolf.
